WILLARD – Lori Maurine Mower Dominy, 54, passed away suddenly on the morning of Wednesday, June 15, 2016.
Lori was born on June 17, 1961 in Ogden, Utah. She was a daughter of Thomas Morland and Maurine Blackham Mower.
She was raised in Willard, UT and attended Willard Elementary, Box Elder Jr. High, graduated from Box Elder High School, and went on to study at Weber State College.
She married the love of her life, Donnie Dominy, on November 19, 1989 in Las Vegas, NV. Lori and Donnie lived in Texas and later moved to Utah to help her parents with their orchard. He preceded her in death in June of 1996. In death they were not separated.
She was a Tax Examiner at the IRS, where she worked for 19 years. She had many friends and touched all of the lives with those whom she worked.
Lori was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. There she gained many friends and loved ones.
Family was everything to her. At the end of her mother’s life, she cared for and eagerly sacrificed for her. Her life was her kids. She loved them above and beyond the call of motherhood. She was an expectant grandmother and was joyously ready to receive her with the same love and care she had for her children.
Surviving are her children: Donnie (Carrisa) Dominy, Logan; Kayla (Jacob) Eyster, Brigham City. Also her brothers Thomas, Richard, Jerry, and John Mower, and numerous loved ones. She is reunited with her husband Donnie, mother and father, and sister Francine Whitecar.
