Mrs. Loretta Terese “Rita” Kelly, age 88, of Naugatuck, formerly of Waterbury, passed away on Monday February 23, 2015 at VITAS, at Glendale Health Care Center. She was the widow of Edward W. Kelly. Mrs. Kelly was born in Waterbury on July 25, 1926 a daughter of the late Dennis and Nora (McKenna) Griffin. She was retired from St. Mary’s Hospital where she had worked for many years as a Unit Clerk.
