Lorena was born in Julesburg Colorado on June 21, 1932, and moved to Holcomb, Kansas at the age of 3 years.
She lived on a farm north of Holcomb with her parents and five younger siblings. She attended Holcomb schools and graduated from Holcomb High School.
She married Raymond Charles Biernacki on June 5th 1951 and they lived in Ulysses, Kansas. They had six children. She moved to Dodge City, Kansas in 1977. She married Richard Roenfeldt in Dec. 1985 in Dodge City, Kansas. He preceded her in death in April 2015.
