Lois Viola Kivett, 87, of Staley, NC, died Monday, April 22, 2019 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.
Lois was a native of Richmond, Virginia and a longtime resident of Randolph County. She was employed as a manager at Sears. Lois was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard S. Kivett, parents, Otis and Dora York Kivett.
Survivors: daughter, Judy Barnes, and husband, Wayne, of Archdale, sons, Mike Kivett, and wife, Karen, of Staley, Terry York, and wife, Paula, of Asheboro, brother, Hampton “Buster” Kivett, of Staley, grandchildren, Kyle Kivett, and wife, Lacy, of Liberty, Derek Kivett, of Jacksonville, Dustin Kivett, of Asheboro, Beth Pierce, of Lexington, Jeff York, of Melancton, Angie Stanley, and husband, Kelby, of Melancton, twelve great-grandchildren.
