Lois L. Jennings, 97, Ringgold, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016. Her little frail body finally gave up, but her sweet spirit lives on forever with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He had prepared a place for her and she is finally enjoying life again with boundless joy and energy. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. She is with Him now, along with her husband, Willis, and their infant son who died at birth, and her parents, brothers and sisters, and dear friends. Lois is preceded in death by her mother and father, John Pascal Peppers and Nealie Brown Peppers Jennings, her brothers, William Peppers and Robert Peppers, her sisters, Mary Royster, Druzy Watson, and Emma Scroggs.
Surviving her are her son, John Nelson Jennings, Rossville, GA, daughter, Patricia L. Jennings, Ringgold, GA, brother, Charlie Peppers, sister, Cammie Melton, both of Monroe, GA, many dear nieces, nephews, friends, and the loving caregivers from Life Choice Hospice, Jacquelyn and Katie.
