Quietly, peacefully and with arms wide open Lois Jean Canard, age 82, of Bristow, VA passed away to be with her Lord on Monday, January 11, 2016 at the Inova Fair Oaks Hospital. Jeanie, as she was known to family and friends, was born on October 5, 1933 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Francis and Stella (Baumbaugh) Hoffman. She grew up in Fairfax, Virginia and attended Fairfax High School.
