Lois Jean Boyle, 84, of Three Oaks, Michigan died Tuesday morning, February 22, 2011 at her home in Three Oaks. Lois was born January 19, 1927 in Niles, Michigan to Louis and Elva (Smith) Knauf. She graduated from Three Oaks High School in 1945, and on July 7, 1946 she married Leslie A. Boyle in Galien, Michigan.
Lois was a member of the Galien United Methodist Church, the Roy Chilson American Legion Post 344 Auxiliary and the Galien Woods Historical Society. Survivors include her son, Terry and his wife, Sandra of Galien; granddaughter, Roxann Urch and her husband James, great grandson, Cody Shepherd, niece Lisa Lange, nephew, Ted Anderson and many dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, son, Leslie L. Boyle, and her sister, Coletta Anderson.
