Lois G. Schietinger, 70, of West Haven passed away at home October 18, 2011. Mother of Peter Geslien (Fred Dains) of Bristol, Heather Villa of New Haven, Heidi Geslien of Loudenville, NY and her very special friend Dr. James Brady of Wallingford. Predeceased by her sister Barbara Ann Niles and survived by her sister Sally Cavey and her brother Richard Schietinger. She is also survived by the loves of her life her grandchildren Jessica, Erik and William Villa. She was the daughter of the late Arthur F. and Margaret M. Manson Schietinger. She was the director of nursing for Atria Assisted Living in Hamden until her retirement. She was a loving mother, grandmother, partner, friend and extended family who will always be missed.
