Lois G. Florian, of Southbury, died Saturday, June 18, 2011. Lois was born November 7, 1923 in Bridgeport, daughter of the late William O. and Clara L. Florian. She graduated from Simmons College in Boston with a degree in Home Economics and from the New York Institute of Dietetics. Lois was employed as a home economics teacher, dietitian and head of a taste panel for a large food company. She enjoyed classical music, especially organ music, walking, sewing, crafts, cooking and baking.
