Muncie – Lois E. Whited, 71, went to rest with her one true love, April 18, 2014, at her residence following an extended illness.

Lois was born in Arkansas on April 10, 1943, the daughter of Cecil and Eveline (Stout) Stevens, and attended Arkansas Schools.

Survivors include three daughters, Linda Cox (husband-Phillip), Muncie, Pamela Hayes, Robbins, Tennessee, and Lavonda Burris, (husband-Luther), Muncie; four brothers, James Stevens, (wife-Donna), Albany, Sam Stevens, Hartford City, Don Stevens, (wife-Betty), Montpelier, and Gary Stevens, (wife-Marie), Muncie; a sister, Brenda Brown, (husband-Richard), Hartford City; seven grandchildren, Courtney Russell, (husband-Frank), Muncie, Danny Blades, (wife-Lindsey), Nashville, Tennessee, Christopher Burris, Muncie, Katrina Beach, Tennessee, Jessica Campbell, Muncie, A. J. Smith (wife-Crystal), Tennessee and Samantha Smith, Tennessee; eleven great grandchildren; a special great grandson, Steven Drinkard; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and the love of her life her husband of 18 years, Farrell Lavaughn Hayes.
