Lois Born was 83 when she passed away peacefully Monday, November 28th. Born and raised in Connecticut and Vermont she was a resident of Norwood for several years. Lois honorably served her Country as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1951-1955. She later worked for Alford Packaging in Ridgefield Park for many years. She was survived by her daughter Eileen Nungessor and her husband Robert, a sister Shirley Clarke,2 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. Lois was the dear friend of Joan Rippe. We wish to express a special thank you to the caring and devoted staff of The Buckingtham at Norwood Care and Rehab Center.
