Our precious Lindsay Ann Gardner (Spencer) left this earth on December 31st, 2021, to be with Our Lord, Jesus Christ.  We are all at a loss as to how we go on without her.

Lindsay was born on November 28, 1979, in Denver, Colorado, of which she was always a proud native.  She lived in Littleton, Colorado, most of her life.  She spent a few years of her youth in Salida, Colorado, and she attended Heritage High School in Littleton.

Lindsay was married to Dan Jacques, and they became proud parents of their daughter, Alexis Ann, in 2002.  In 2013, Lindsay met Kurt Spencer, who was the love of her life, and they were later married.

Lindsay had a beautiful soul and a spiritual light about her.  She was compassionate, giving, and caring.  She always “wore her heart on her sleeve”.  You always knew where Lindsay stood on any subject.  She lit up a room with her smile, her laugh, and her quirkiness.  She was making us laugh right up to the end.  Lindsay had an eye for beauty and in her photos, she focused on the small things that others often overlook.  She was a very sentimental person and saved everything she was given, treating it like true treasure.  She loved hugs, holding hands, being silly, and bright colors.

Lindsay is survived by her husband Kurt, daughter Alexis, mother Jill (David) Clodfelter, father Ken (Patricia) Gardner, sister Kari Ann (Valerio) Vaccari, brother Joseph (Kristila) Gardner, stepbrother Jason Clodfelter, nephew Cole Gardner and niece Jewel Gardner, grandmother Jewel Cole, uncles Tim and Terry Cole, Aunt Judy Wahlgren, numeroues cousins, stepdaughter Hailee Spencer, granddaughter Laylah, stepdaughter Taryn (Dylan) Albert, stepson Kyle (Gen) Spencer, mother-and-father-in-law Bonnie and Jerry Spencer, sister-in-law Shelley Spencer (Eric Burger), nephew Ryan Spencer, sister-in-law Kathleen Spencer, nephews Jackson and Matty Spencer, and her beloved cat Oliver.

This is a quote that Lindsay had posted on her social media account that resonated with her: “I believe life is better when you turn up the music, eat too much chocolate, walk barefoot, talk about weird stuff with weird people, hug strangers and go on adventures.  Those things won’t make life perfect, but they sure make this strange ride more fun”.
