Lindel Lee Phillips, 82, of Crestwood 6 section of Whiting, NJ passed away on Monday, February 2, 2015, at the University of Pennsylvania. He was born in Benton, AR he lived in Flagtown (Hillsborough) before moving to Crestwood 6 in 2007. Mr. Phillips proudly served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was a Bus Driver for New Jersey Transit in Howell, NJ for 35 years. He was a parishioner of Mary Mother of God RC Church in Hillsborough. He was a member of the Senior Citizens in Hillsborough.
Predeceased by his wife Joan (Knaus) .
Surviving are his 2 sons James of Whiting, NJ, and Christopher of Idaho, two daughters Dawn Phillips of Toms River, NJ, and Jennifer Hennessey of Bayville, NJ, three grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
