Linda J. Sawitsky, 71 of Jackson Township, formerly of Staten Island New York, passed from this life peacefully surrounded by her family.
Linda was born May 6, 1948, in Queens, New York to the late Anthony and Estelle Menna.
Linda was a loving wife and devoted mother. She was known to be a great cook and enjoyed hosting parties. She loved listening to the Beatles, Rolling Stones and Simon & Garfunkel. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Linda is predeceased by her parents and her sister, Patricia Yochel.
Linda is survived by her husband, Thomas Sawitsky of Jackson; sons, David Sawitsky and his wife Alicia of Wichita, Kansas; Daniel Sawitsky of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and grandchild Alex.
