Linda Nessen
TREMONTON – Linda Mae Eichel Nessen, 72 passed away on January 10, 2014 in Logan.
Linda was born on May 2, 1941 a daughter of Earl Harold and Arlene Peterson Eichel but raised by her mother and step-father Raymond M. Hansen. She grew up on the family farm in Elwood. Linda graduated from Bear River High School and attended USU. She married Jay Gordon Nessen, they were later divorced. Linda raised her children in Tremonton.
She was a member of the LDS Church and had served in all auxiliaries in the church and she was ward pianist for many years. She was an artist, and enjoyed photography, ceramics, cooking, playing the piano and the guitar.
Special thanks to Katie and the nursing staff at Logan Regional ICU, Dr. MaReady, Williamsburg Assisted Living and the MANY care givers for their tender loving care of Linda.
Surviving are her children: Joni Nessen; Jana (Rich) Rawson; Eric Nessen; Jason (Linda) Nessen; Travis (Amiee) Nessen; 22 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; also sisters: Carol Ann (Shirrel) Silvester and Rosalie (Ray) Yoder.
