Linda Lee Cuffe, age 71, of Bellwood, Nebraska, passed away January 11, 2023 at the Good Samaritan Society in Osceola.
Linda was born May 15, 1951 in Fort Morgan, Colorado. She attended school in Imperial and graduated from Chase County High School in 1969. Shortly after high school, she began working for Peabody Coal Company in the accounting department in Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arizona. In 1999 she moved back to Nebraska and lived in Bellwood.
In April of 2004 she was united in marriage to Jerry Cuffe in David City. They resided in Bellwood.
On August 27, 2019 she moved to the Good Samaritan Society in Osceola due to her health where she resided until her passing.
She loved animals, in particular dogs and cats. She loved to laugh and had a great sense of humor.
Survivors include her husband Jerry of Bellwood; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren; sisters Judi (Mike) Becher of Columbus and Jeri (Nick) Seabolt of Oklahoma City; sister-in-law Marlene English of Aberdeen, South, Dakota; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother Betty Einspahr; son Eric Grimes; two sisters Kathy Johnston and Debra Donnell; brother Doug English.
