Linda Gail Ginter Black, age 57, of Rucker Street, Flemingsburg, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at St.

 

Born April 3, 1964, in Mt. Sterling, Linda is the daughter of Dailey “Junior” Ginter, Jr. of Owingsville and the late Phyllis Snedegar Holland. Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by one sister, Judy Hunt.

 

In addition to her father, she is survived by one son, Shan Corey; one daughter, Salica Leach (Charles), one step-daughter, Amy Prince (Charles) all of Owingsville; four grandchildren, Shay Corey, Allie Leach, Grace Leach, and Ashley Leach; one step granddaughter, Alexis Armstrong; four great grandchildren, Jaxon, Olivia, Kenna, and Ellie; and her former husband, Michael Black of Colfax.

 

Other survivors include one half-brother, Dailey Ginter; two half-sisters, Gloria Metz and Teresa Ginter, all of Owingsville; special friends, Stephanie Perry, John Whitley “Boo Boo,” and Elaine Noel, all of Flemingsburg and Anita Pergrem of Owingsville; nieces and nephews; other extended family and friends.

 

Linda was a former employee at Bath Manufacturing and Hilltop Nursing Home.
