Born in Syracuse, NY., the daughter of the late William and Eleanor Fenn, she graduated from St Anthony’s of Padua high school in 1969.
Linda is survived by her husband David Offerman, brothers Gary (Norene) Fenn of Syracuse, N.Y.; David (Carol) Fenn of Palm Harbor, FL., nephew Matthew (Kelly) Fenn and their daughter Kendall of Syracuse, NY: niece Kristin (Jeffery) Klodzen and their children Adeline and Jack of Camillus, NY; and by her niece Rene Fenn and her daughter Ezra Joy of Syracuse, NY.
After high school, she lived in Ft Lauderdale, Cape Cod, Hollywood, and Oahu, HI. She graduated from the University of Hawaii with a M.A. in Clinical Phycology. While working as Executive Director of a large non-profit, she met David. After several years, they decided to settled in Alameda, and quickly pursue a love for sailing. Linda was a Licensed Master Mariner, a Past Commodore of Ballena Bay Yacht Club, and a member of Oakland Yacht Club.
