Linda Cason Driver, 65, of Neptune, NJ passed away on Mon, Oct 13, 2014, at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune, NJ. She was born on Dec 20, 1948 in Neptune, NJ to the late Clifton and Sarah Cason.
Linda was a teacher at Asbury Park High School in Asbury Park, NJ before retiring in 2004. She also was a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Linda was a lifelong member of Second Baptist Church, Asbury Park, NJ where she served on the Trustee Board and was a member of the Crescent Club.
She was predeceased by her brother, Clarence Cason; and sisters, Geraldine Perry and Gloria Baker.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, John Driver, Jr.; daughter Janeen Weedon (Driver) of Neptune, NJ; sons, John ‘Jay’ Driver and wife, Myra Driver of Hamilton, NJ, and Jaron Driver of Neptune, NJ; niece, Kiana Anderson of Neptune, NJ; 6 grandchildren, Aaron, Jayda, Destiny, Jayson, Jalen, and Nyla; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
