Linda Ann Cabrales, 63 years young, of Fertile, Minnesota passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Essentia Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota.  Linda was born July 4th, 1953 in Bemidji, Minnesota to Pricilla Jones.  She was eventually adopted by Hank and Laura Staples and grew up in Osseo, MN.

Linda gave birth to six children, raising five children on her own.  As a single mother she was a very strong and independent woman.  She taught her kids to never give up and be strong no matter what life threw at you.

Her passion in life was native American crafts.  She was self employed native American bead crafter, where her work is now all over the world.  She also loved going to pow wow’s and trying her luck at the casino’s with her “free money’s” as she always said.  What brought her the most joy was her 10 grandchildren.  She loved spoiling them, and made sure they were always taken care of.

Sadly, the last couple of years she had several health issues that she battled hard.  Even though her body was weak, her mind and spirit stayed strong.  Now she flies and watches over her loved ones.

Family that she is reunited with are her parents; Hank and Laura, biological mother; Priscilla, the love of her life; Steven Juarez, son; Steven Dimis Cabrales, brothers; Jerry Staples and Jack Miller, sisters; Joyce and Gladys Coons and Janice Marty and other family members.

Those she leaves behind to cherish her memory are sons; Jesus (Heidi) Cabrales of Fertile, Juan Juarez of Excelsior, daughters; Jennifer Staples of Billings, MT, Margarita (Donnie Daniels) Cabrales of Prior Lake and Stella Juarez of Fertile, brother; Butch (Cleo) Miller of Osseo, sister-in-law; Caren Staples of Zimmerman, grandchildren; Alejandrorey, Francisco, Laura, Dylan, Evan, Virginia, Lola, Kora, Ian and Dezi, life long friends; Nadine and Lawrence Wade and many more relatives and friends.
