Linda A. Bobb, age 82 years, of East Taunton, died Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. She was the former wife of the late Lewis J. Bobb, and the daughter of the late Charles E. and Agnes R. (Goodwin) Winkley. Born and raised in Plymouth, she worked as a receptionist at Atria Assisted Living Center in Fairhaven until October 2019. After returning from living in LaRochelle, France, she raised her family in the Brockton and Plymouth area, eventually settling in East Taunton, MA. She enjoyed reading, loved spending time at the beach, cooking, baking and traveling. She was the mother of five devoted children who cherished her role of “Grandma” and helping to raise her many will be sadly missed by her two sons, Michael Bobb of Dartmouth, Christopher Bobb and his wife Kelli of Washington, her three daughters Catherine Medeiros and her husband Joseph of Fairhaven, Charlene Nazaretian of Kingston, and Elizabeth DeCosta and her husband Joseph of Berkley, and is also survived by brother David Winkley and his wife Terri of Boca Raton, FL. She also leaves her dear eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
