Lillian L. Gramma Lil Burzynski, 97, formerly of South Bend, IN, passed away at 9:25 am Sunday, February 18, 2007 at the Odd Fellow & Rebekah Home in Jackson, MI.

She was born on October 20, 1909 to the late John Lindsey and Cordella (Miller) Minor in Captiva, West Virginia. Lillian had lived in South Bend for around 57 years before moving to Spring Arbor, MI, in May of 2005, to live with her good friends, Glen and Sue Paris.

Along with her parents; she was also preceded in death by her brother, Raymond H. Minor.

Mrs. Burzynski retired in 1952, from South Bend Toy Company, where she assembled chairs.

On November 29, 1947, as Lillian L. Minor, she married Chester John Burzynski in St. Stanislaus B.M. Catholic Church, South Bend, IN. He died on January 17, 1997.

She is survived by her sister, Betty M. Wilson of New Cumberland, West Virginia; sister-in-law, Virginia (husband Jerry) Grams of South Bend, IN; brother-in-law, Louis Burzynski of South Bend, IN; several nieces & nephews; good friends, Glen and Sue Paris of Spring Arbor, MI and their children, Kristina (husband Joel) Sherwood; Steven, David, and Phillip Paris.

Mrs. Burzynski was a member of St. Jude Parish, where she belonged to the womens group; and a member of D.A.V. Auxiliary Chapter 6.
