Lillian Virginia Weaver Schnapp “Dill Carter”, as she was known by many, 53, of Lake City, passed away, peacefully, on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. She was born in Lodi, Ohio on August 21, 1968 and has lived in Lake City for 50 years. She worked for over thirteen years with the Florida Department of Corrections and a little over two years with the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office before she retired. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, laying out in the sun, watching paranormal shows and soap opera’s while enjoying a cup of unsweetened tea.
