Liboria Zamora LeVau age 55 of Durham North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, May 29th at 11:40 pm at home, with her husband and daughter at her side.
She was born in Peru to Cesar Zamora and Ricardina Mego. Libby was a beautiful person, with a beautiful soul. As said by her husband, her smile lit up a room. She was a self-employed nanny, and cared for others deeply. She attended the Kings Park International Church and worked in the nursery.
One of Libby’s favorite activities with her friends were peaceful walks. Her friends spoke about walking for miles with her, and talking about everything under the sun. She loved people, spending time with people, and could find a friend in anyone.
Libby was an incredible cook, known for her delicious Peruvian dishes, and her magical way to make anything as simple as plain rice taste delicious. Libby was an unimaginably strong woman, and fought a hard battle with cancer for four years, she now passes that incredible strength onto her loved ones.
She is survived by her husband Ronson E. LeVau; daughter, Kyra M. LeVau; brothers, Gonzalo, Melciades, Armando, and Olegario; sisters, Marina, Sarela, Dorilla, Maria, and Dora, and many nieces and nephews.
Libby preferred bright, vibrant colors. Attire is Semi-Formal.
