Leva Montgomery Hall, 85, formerly of Murphy Road, Collinsville, VA died Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Tender Loving Care in Henry, VA. Born January 3, 1926 in Carroll County, VA, Mrs. Hall was a daughter of the late Lewis Montgomery and Nettie Phillips Montgomery and was the wife of the late Melvin Garl Hall. Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Shannon Hall and by four sisters and four brothers. Mrs. Hall was a member of Stone Memorial Christian Church for more than 55 years. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Michael “Mike†Hall and wife Glenda Joyce Hall of Collinsville; a half sister, Bertha Alexander of Hillsville; four half brothers, Glen Hollandsworth of Martinsville, Charlie Hollandsworth of Greensboro, Arlen Hollandsworth of Ridgeway and Kirby Hollandsworth of Clarksville; a granddaughter, Shelly Hall Laws and a great-grandson, Jaxson Laws.
