Gauthier, Lester J.Bay City, MichiganMr. Gauthier passed away Sunday, December 9, 2012 at McLaren Bay Region with his family at his side. Age 80 years. The son of the late Fred and Irene (LaPan) Gauthier was born February 28, 1932 in Bay City and has resided here all of his life. He was a bricklayer for many years and later retired from Bangor Township as a building inspector.He is survived by his wife of fifty six years Karen (Zander) Gauthier, one daughter; Lynne (Rick) Rose, one son; Michael (Penny) Gauthier, four grandchildren; Lexie Gontko and her boyfriend; Jason Richard, Jake Rose and his girlfriend; Courtney “Toots” Wright, Michael Gauthier and Stacy Rogers, three great grandchildren who were the love of his life and he loved spending time with them; Zander Richard, Weslynn Richard and Jaxon Richard. His twin brother; Lawrence (Maxine) Gauthier, his sister; Shirley Thorpe, brother-in-law and sister-in-law; Patrick and Bobbie Zander, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by one brother-in-law; Fred Thorpe, one sister-in-law; Jeannie Schmoack, mother-in-law and father-in-law; Gladys and Kelly Zander.
