Muncie – Lester Crum, 61, passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2012, at his residence following a valiant fight with cancer.
Lester was born in Morehead, Kentucky on April 30, 1951, the son of Willie Crum and Ivory (Sloan) Crum-Crose, and was a 1969 graduate of Muncie Central High School.
Mr. Crum was the owner of Crum Construction, and was a contractor for over 30 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Ginger Crum, (fiance-Mark Guilbault), Muncie; a son, Christopher Crum, (fiancée-Traci Robbins), Muncie; three grandchildren, Logan Crum, Muncie, Charles Crum, Anderson, and Brianna Nolley, Muncie; three brothers, including a twin brother, Clester Crum, (wife-Kathy) Springport, Dannie Crose, (wife-Ramona), Kingman, and Oscar Ray Crum jr., (wife-Phyllis), Trent Ridge, Kentucky; two sisters, Mary Sloan, Kingman, and Alvena Scunziano, Peachtree, Georgia; his adoptive parents, Oscar Ray Crum Sr, (wife-Victoria), Muncie; his ex-wife, Joyce Frank, Muncie; and Brian Nolley, who was like a son to him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Charles Crum; and two sisters, Fay Moore, and Glessie Fultz.
