He was born July 5, 1928, in Tunnelton, a son of the late Marvin “Jo” and Letha Rosier Bowmar.
He was a hard worker all of his life. He was an electrician by trade but worked in several coal mines. He enjoyed life by camping, fishing, hunting and traveling to various places with his family and friends.
