Leora Mae McCabe, 97, of Kingwood died Sunday, July 17, 2016 in Terra Alta.
She was born on February 25, 1919, in Kingwood, the daughter of the late Melvin and Mae Swerengon Keller.
She was a loving grandmother, homemaker, a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church and the ladies’ auxiliary.
Leora is survived by her grandchildren, Jody Holipski and companion, Jo Stone of Kingwood, Corky Ervin of Albright, Durbin McCabe of Abilene, TX and Richette Crunk and husband, Bill in TN; eight great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mervin “Derb” McCabe, her son, Richard McCabe, two daughters, Sheila Titchnell and Barbara Chustz, her brother, Charles, her sister, Pauline and a granddaughter, Michelle Chambers.
