Leonard Joseph Fabian, 78, passed away August 10, 2014 in Canon City, CO. The son of Louis and Vivian (Damjanovich) Fabian, he was born July 22, 1936 in Leadville, CO. Leonard was raised in Leadville; and worked for over 27 years at the Climax Molybdenum Mine at the Public Relations Director. He was united in marriage to Rita Mae Miller on August 19, 1956. He enjoyed the outdoors; and loved to hunt. A fan of the Denver Bronco’s, Leonard loved watching their games. Mr. Fabian is survived by his children, Robert Fabian, Diane Everett, and Andreas Trogden; ten grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rita in September 2005; daughter, Rebecca Schile; his oldest granddaughter; and his parents.
