Leon Michael Full, 84, of Galesburg, died at 11:50 p.m. Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Seminary Manor, Galesburg. Leon was born on July 10, 1929 in Sublette, the son of Jacob and Thelka (Dinges) Full.
He graduated from St. Ambrose University in 1959. Leon served in the US Air Force from November 22, 1948 to November 24, 1952. He was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Leon worked as an insurance adjuster for many years.
Leon is survived by five brothers, Rod (Janey) of Galesburg, Donald of Maryland, James of Freeport, Tom of Galt, and Steve (Judy) of Sublette; and four sisters, Carol (Jack) Koehler of Sterling, Lois Full of Atlanta, GA, Mickie (Bob) Masini of Raleigh, NC, and Janet (Peter) Edwards of Melbourne, Australia.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Mary Jean and Katherine.
