Leon Lopez passed away Tuesday July 10, 2012 at the age of 63 at his home in Nampa, Idaho after a short battle with cancer.
Leon was born April 18, 1949 in Luxora, Arkansas to Juan and Josefina Lopez.
Leon had a passion for driving semi-trucks and he traveled many miles through 49 states. He also loved to listen to Tejano music especially his own father and brothers where he loved to brag about the musicians in the family.
Survivors include his companion of 32 years Emma Reyna and his children, Leon Jr.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father Juan and Josefina Lopez, two children Hildelisa Lopez and Martin Lopez, and two brothers Juan Lopez Jr. and Alberto Lopez a nephew Ezequiel Lopez a niece Norma Gallegos.
