                Leo St. Jarre, Jr., 78, formerly of Southington, passed away on Thursday October 20, 2011 at Touchpoints at Farmington.  He was the husband of the late Violet St. Jarre.  Leo was born on September 7, 1933 in Frenchville, Maine to the late Leo, Sr. and Odile (Dubois) St. Jarre.  

Leo served his country in the United States Air Force and was employed for over 30 years with Marlin Rockwell.  Leo was a big Yankee baseball and NASCAR fan.  In his younger days he would drag race the quarter mile and played the guitar with his brothers.  He loved playing his electric and flat top guitars.  Leo was a man who enjoyed all that life gave to him, and will be missed by those who knew him.  

He leaves his loving daughter Theresa Simpson and her husband Daniel of Plainville and a son John St. Jarre of CA; 3 brothers Donald St. Jarre and his wife Regina of Kensington; Wallace St. Jarre of NH; and Dudley St. Jarre and his wife Ernestine of Southington, 2 sisters Beatrice Dufour and her husband Gerald of ME; and Doris Corriveau and her husband Ronald of Colchester, along with several nieces and nephews.
