Lena Tourso McCourt of Maywood was 92 when she passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, Friday January 29th. Born in New York City, Lena later moved to West New York and went on to raise her family in Ridgefield Park. She would eventually settle in Maywood where she lived for many years. An avid bowler, Lena loved music and dancing. She attended the Senior Care & Activities Center in Montclair and Vantage Daycare in Dumont.
Lena is survived by her loving daughters Linda Etheridge and her husband Rick and Jodi Lepera. She is predeceased by her brother the late Ralph Tourso. She was the devoted grandmother of Allison King Murphy and her husband Terry, Christine King Pures and her husband Matt, Michael Lepera, Michelle Lepera, and Kate Ethridge and the great-grandmother of Isabella Pures, Camryn Pures, and Connor Murphy.
