Leland “Buck†Ray Lawless, Sr., 67, of 470 Seminole Drive, Collinsville, VA died Friday, June 1, 2012 at his home. He was born on July 31, 1944 in Martinsville, VA to Stoneman M. Lawless of Collinsville, VA and the late Margaret C. Lawless. Mr. Lawless was a member of the Collinsville Church of Christ and worked for Dutalier, Inc. as an Upholstery Supervisor. He was a past member of the Collinsville Jaycees, Collinsville Volunteer Fire Dept., Antique Car Association of America and former board member of Stepping Stones, Inc. Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Rita Kasey Lawless of the home; daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon L. Hartman and James Hartman of Palmyra, VA and Kerri L. Garman and Tim Garman of Boones Mill, VA; son, Leland “Ray†Lawless, Jr. of Ridgeway, VA; sister and brother-in-law, Gerrie Brown and Richard T. Brown of Harrisonburg, VA; grandchildren, Kasey Hartman of Palmyra, VA and Brooke Garman and Garrett Garman both of Boones Mill, VA and step-mother, Marie Lawless of Collinsville, VA.
