Lawrence “Larry” James Rose passed away Tuesday morning April 7, 2020 at his home.
Larry was born March 19, 1934 in Kalamazoo, Michigan the son of Morris and Rose (Hyman) Rose. He was a lifelong Kalamazoo area resident and owned Morris Rose Auto Parts with his family for over 60 years, before retiring.
Larry was a member of the Congregation of Moses. He was preceded in death by his parents. On September 2, 1956, he married Sandy (Finn) Rose who survives, Also surviving, 3 children, Mark (Natalie) Rose, Brad (Karen) Rose, Judy Rose of the Kalamazoo area; 6 grandchildren and their spouses; 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Gloria Besbris of Kalamazoo; brothers-in-law, Joe (Treva) Finn and Hal (Milly) Finn; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
