Carl is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Sandra Langston Spencer; children, William Spencer and his wife Stephanie, Bryan Stowe Spencer; grandchildren, Briana Nicole Spencer, Teresa Marie Spencer and sister, Jeta Allgood. Carl was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time outdoors. When he wasn’t on the golf course, Carl enjoyed spending his time with friends and family.
