Oakville – Lawrence Albert Baeder, III, age 48, of Oakville, formerly of Prospect, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2014. Larry was born March 14, 1966 in Waterbury a the loving son of Carolyn (Stebbins) (Baeder) Riolo and the late Lawrence A. Baeder, Jr. He was the step-son of Ronald Riolo, Sr. Larry was a graduate of Holy Cross High School Class of 1984 where he played Varsity Football and Wrestling. He was a Graduate of Johnson & Wales in Providence, Rhode Island Class of 1986. Larry was a talented and creative Chef; he previously worked at Dreschers Restaurant, Marriot-Courtyard and was the proprietor of Lorenzo’s Deli in Prospect. Larry spent over ten years as a culinary teacher at Wright Technical School in Stamford and also taught at E.C. Goodwin Technical School in New Britain.
