LaVon C. Kunde, 83, passed away on November 28, 2021, at Our House in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.
LaVon was born on June 16, 1938 in Waukesha, Wisconsin to Emil and Esther (Albrecht) Gottschalk. She owned and operated a horse boarding stable and also worked the front desk in retailers K-Mart and Stein’s Garden Center. She enjoyed archery and golf with her children and grandchildren in her younger days. She also enjoyed the Bunco dice game, puzzles and was a crafter.
She is survived by her children: Kim Dammann, Wade (Jean) Lilly, Lori (Brian) Melichar, and Joy (Mike) Roginski; and 12 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
LaVon was preceded in death by parents; stepfather Harold Buchs and sister Pearl (Piper) Fleck.
