LaVerna Lane Wygant entered into eternal life on Dec. 10, 2017 in Denver Colorado at the age of 98. She was born in River Falls Wisconsin in 1919 to Alfred and Merle McLaughlin, their only child. After high school graduation and cosmetology school she married William M. Lane Sr. and moved to Elk River MN. where she lived and worked on the family vegetable farm with their 3 children for many years. LaVerna was a long-time employee of Georges Super Valu in Elk River as the manager of their Health and General Merchandise Dept. before retiring in 1979. She re-married (Charles Wygant) and moved to Palmdale CA.
