Lauretta A. Burrows, age 62, of Anson ME, passed on Sunday, December 26th, at her home. Lauretta was born in Dorchester, MA on September 17, 1959. She was the daughter of Helena Burrows (Gillis) and the late Charles Burrows Sr. She is survived by her son John F. Monti Jr., daughter René Monti, son Jesse A. Monti, daughter-in-law Jocelyn Monti, and grandson Nathan A. Monti. Her siblings Charles R. Burrows Jr. and wife Nancy, Catherine Burrows, Daniel Burrows and wife Janet, Jacqueline McQuaid (Burrows) and husband Gerard and William Burrows and wife Lisa; Father of her children John F. Monti Sr. along with many nieces, nephews, and had an impeccable work ethic and held a variety of jobs working with her hands. She was a person who understood and thoroughly appreciated a hard days labor. In her off time she could be found on her motorcycle or in the garden.
