WEBER, Laural M. passed away Tuesday morning, November 22, 2011, at Borgess Medical Center. She was born May 4, 1948, in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Jerry and Evelyn Lyke Smith.
In 1966, Laura graduated from Loy Norrix High School and was a lifelong resident of the Kalamazoo area. She was employed by The Upjohn Co. for over 25 years. Laura was an active member of the New Apostolic Church in Portage and was very artistic and creative.
Surviving are her two daughters, Lindsay and Whitney Weber; grandson Dominic Sets; five sisters, Jackie Raab, Janet Ken Cook, Geri David Gerhard, Joan David Temple, and Jean Richard Heighton; three brothers, Richard Helen Smith, Robert Smith and Tim Robin Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents; one brother, Jerry Dale Smith; and stepmother, Betty Smith.
