Larry Wayne Hawk, 77, of Whiteland, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Larry was born on March 22, 1944 in Lakesville, Arkansas to the late Carl and Lois Hawk.
Larry married the love of his life, Cynthia A. (Kelly) Hawk, on June 30, 1964 in Greenwood, Indiana; they were married for fifty-seven wonderful years. He was a self-employed roofing contractor for forty-five years and enjoyed doing yard work as well as spending time with his brothers and sisters.
Larry is survived by his wife, Cynthia Hawk of Whiteland, IN; his three children, Darla (Joe) Thornton of Indianapolis, IN, Cathy Vincent of Milford, OH, and Scott W. Hawk of Franklin, IN; his four grandchildren, Laura Thornton and Brian Thornton, both of Indiana, Jacqui (Vance) Philhower and Shelbi (Scott) Adams, both of Ohio; his two great-grandchildren, Madelynn Philhower and Mason Philhower; his seven siblings, Bobby Hawk, Brenda Hawk, Paul Hawk, Norma (Reggie) White, Theresa Bullock, Sandra Eads, and Dennis Hawk, and several nieces and nephews.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Lois Hawk, and his siblings, Danny Hawk, Leslie Ray Hawk, and Peggy Hawk.
