Muncie – Larry E. Thompson, 71, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2014, at his residence following an extended illness.
Larry was born in Muncie on October 6, 1942, the son of Glen F. Thompson and Winona L. (Reeves) Thompson – Davis, and was a 1961 graduate of Muncie Central High School.
Mr. Thompson worked for l5 years with Delco, and then worked as a Mechanic with Duval Mines in Tucson, Arizona until his retirement.
Survivors include his fiancée, Shirley, Muncie; three daughters; one son; two brothers; a sister; a grandson; and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, and a sister.
