Larry Shawn Kelly, 48, passed away unexpectedly March 2015. He was born in Canon City, CO on April 28, 1966 to William and Dorothy (Shine) Kelly. Larry graduated from Canon City High School in 1984, and earned an Associates degree from Pueblo Community College. Larry loved life! His passions in life were photography, biking, fishing, wrestling, rafting, and skiing. He was an all around outdoors man. He will be remembered for his awesome smile and generous heart. Larry is survived by his mother, Dorothy Kelly of Des Moines, IA; children, Jace and Alyssah of Canon City; and sister, Shawnee (Bruce) Walters of Des Moines, IA. He had a special place in his heart for the infamous Auntie Carol and Uncle Glen. Also surviving, especially close to Larry are his cousins, Kary Berry, Tyra-T-, Laura a-Bella, and Brandi; nieces, Skyler and Brooke Walters; numerous cousins, and friends; and his best friend, Dozer. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Aunt Marge; and grandson, Baby Jace. Cremation was chosen.
