Larry Rufus Wilhelm, Jr., 52, of Westminster, died Friday evening, March 17, 2017 at Carroll Hospital. Born on December 23, 1964 in Carroll County, he was the son of Larry Rufus Wilhelm, Sr. and Carla Marie Otto Wilhelm of Westminster. He was the loving husband of 32 years to Teresa Lynn Wilhelm.
He was employed as a Master Plumber and Gas Fitter. He loved camping especially at Halloween and pumpkin carving with his cousin Kim. He enjoyed hunting and bluegrass. He collected cast iron frying pans, and loved animals and NASCAR.
Besides his wife and parents he is survived by his son Kyle Wesley “Rick” Wilhelm and his fiancé Pamela Click of Westminster, one sister Julie Wilhelm, of Westminster, one brother Robert Wilhelm and wife Jacque of New Windsor. Brother-in-laws and Sister-in-laws Harold and Shirley Miller of Westminster, Barry Shorb of Westminster, Mark and Donna Shorb of Westminster. Mother-in-law Virginia Shorb of Westminster. Nieces and Nephews Kory Shorb, Katie Shorb, Jennifer Stultz, Pierce Wilhelm, Ian Wilhelm, very special Aunt and Uncle Joseph and Joann Holbrook, long time friend Tim Hockensmith, and his loving dogs, Little Man and Baby Girl. He was pre-deceased by Father-In-Law Richard Shorb.
