Larry Ray Sandy, 68, of Bridgeport, passed away on Tuesday October 4, 2022 at his residence with family by his side. Larry was born on November 20, 1953, in Bridgeport, WV, son of George Edward Sandy of Bridgeport and the late Erma Merl Hyde Sandy.
In addition to his father, Larry is survived by four children, Paul E Sandy and Lawren, Bridgeport, Teresa D Sandy, Clarksburg, Erin N Sandy and Justin Caplinger, Bridgeport, Kristen N Sandy and Andy Bartlett, Flemington; eight grandchildren, Valeri, Jack, Delaney, Andrew, Zendaya, Connor, Braxton, Jocelin; five sisters, Dora J Hart and Mike, Bridgport, Carol J Hood, Clarksburg, Shirley K Sandy and Delmus Mayle, Philippi, Dorothy Sandy and Phil Hart, Bridgeport, Glenda Snider and George, Bridgeport; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his mother, Larry was preceded in death by one son, Nicholas R Allen; one granddaughter, Zarah; one brother, Gary L Sandy.
