Larry Pat Kelly, age 75 of Manassas, VA died at his residence on Saturday, October 31, 2015. He was a retired Colonel with the United States Air Force. Survivors include his wife Janet Marie Kelly; his children Morgan Eugene Kelly and Rebecca Cox Kelly, Gardner Douglas Kelly and Aimee Dunn Kelly, Brandi Marie Washington, Jason Patrick Kelly and Cheri Ann Thurston Kelly, Amber Dawn Maham and Barry Wayne Maham, Taana Marie Jarboe and Zachary Edward Jarboe; Dublyn Ann Van Oort and Douglas Wayne Van Oort, Jr. and by 23 grandchildren.
