Larry Joe Utz, 61, of Crawfordsville passed away April 23, 2014, at St. Elizabeth Hospital East.
He was born Jan. 18, 1953, at Crawfordsville, to Joseph and Mary Butler Utz.
He was a retired Surveyor. He worked as Montgomery County Surveyor for 12 years. He was involved in the American Softball Association and a member of the Crawfordsville Moose Lodge & Eagles.
He also enjoyed attending Crawfordsville High School and Wabash College Sporting events.
He married Marilyn Hunley on Sept. 15,1972. She preceded him in death on Oct. 31, 2006.
Survivors include sons, Aaron (Patti) Utz of Crawfordsville, Adam (Sherry) Utz of Grapevine, TX; sister Linda Estep of Crawfords- ville; and two grandchildren, Morgan and Mason.
