Larry Eugene Cheatham went to be with the Lord May 29, 2016 in Searcy.
Larry was a hard working man who took pride in all he did. He never met a stranger, everyone who met him left with a smile on their face and a better person for having met him. He had a nickname for everyone. He was a wonderful and loving husband, daddy, and a most excellent Poppy. His family and his grandbabies meant the world to him.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Molly Cheatham. Left to carry on his legacy are his daughters; Melissa Dawn Cheatham-Shoffner, Makayla Danielle Cheatham, and their children; Addison Cheatham, Amelia Shoffner, and Tatum Cheatham. He is also survived by one brother, Gary and family, one sister, Karen and family and a host of nieces and nephews. Also, an abundant amount of honorary family, consisting of his daughters’ friends, who always called him “dad”. He also leaves behind his FURever companion, Mr. Wallingford K. Waffles A.K.A Mr. Wally Beans. He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, and his beloved grandson, Ethan Alexander Shoffner.
